My name is Jose Luis Bernard Benzant I am a Young Entrepreneur and Real Estate investor based in New Haven, CT. My career spans over a decade, I established myself as a respected figure in the community through advocacy, I'm known for my innovative approach to investing in low to mid-income neighborhoods.

Born in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic on November 15, 1987, I immigrated to the United States at the age of 12. After graduating from South Bronx High School, I obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business management from Southern Connecticut State University and has since made CT my hometown.

I have always been interested in entrepreneurship and building businesses, even from a young age. While working at a supermarket during my teenage years, I began buying sneakers and jerseys online to resell them at a profit at school. This early interest in business put me on a self-development path which led me to discover the world of Real Estate investing, which I pursued with passion and dedication.

At the age of 21, I purchased my first duplex and began my Real Estate investing career. I started investing professionally in 2016 and decided to pursue Real Estate as a career at the age of 29. My mission is to buy properties in low to mid-income neighborhoods and rehabbing the properties to add value to the community and teach people how to also do it themselves. I'm motivated to invest in low to mid-income communities because I saw firsthand how some landlords did not properly care for properties in these areas and how families were affected by this carelessness by the landlords.

I'm committed to helping the average person who is interested in learning more about real estate investing and how to get started. I differentiates myself from others in the industry by sharing by real experiences and providing honest information that can be put to use in real-time. My goal is to show people how to create income through ways other than trading time for money. As a dedicated and experienced Real Estate investor, I hope that my passion and expertise allows me to bring value to any investment team looking to build.
